At Family Care, Activities & Transport (FCAT), we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent service experience. Our pricing structure is designed to be straightforward, utilizing a flat time-based model that minimizes complexity and eliminates confusion for our clients. We charge for time in 30-minute increments, categorized into three distinct tiers based on the time of day. This approach not only simplifies the transaction process but also ensures that our clients can easily understand and anticipate their service costs. At FCAT, we prioritize clarity and convenience, aiming to enhance every aspect of your experience with us.

  • Off-peak period is considered the following times on a standard weekday:

    9:00AM-3:00PM

  • Peak period is considered the following times on a standard weekday.

    6:00AM-9:00AM, 3:00PM-6:00PM

  • Out-of-hours period is considered the following times on standard weekdays and weekends.

    Weekdays:

    6:00PM-6:00AM

    Weekends

    12:00AM Saturday - 12:00AM Monday

Pricing is determined based on the door-to-door service provided by our qualified driver/carer. Please note that this pricing does not encompass incidental expenses such as organized activity costs, parking fees, and similar charges. At Family Care, Activities & Transport, we prioritize transparency and are always ready to discuss pricing details upfront, ensuring there are no unexpected costs at the conclusion of our services.
